At ShhPerfeck Studio every item is handmade with love and often personalized just for you. Because of this, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS on any CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS such as party favors, sublimation products, digital or gifts.

Once created, these items cannot be resold.

Replacements for Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged (especially fragile items like mugs, picture frames or tumblers), we're happy to help!

We offer REPLACEMENTS ONLY for damaged items reported WITHIN 14 DAYS of delivery.

Please contact us IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER with clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging it arrived in

• Your order number
